Hard work will make your children happy in life

“All the hard work they taught us, be diligent, study hard, get a good job, and yet today with all my “hard work” I am still not wealthy, abeg I am teaching my children how to work smart not work hard”. Look at Ade my classmate who was an olodo in class, today is one of the wealthiest people I know.

“That's why I don't push my children to work hard, they will not need it, if they are smart. Life is about smartness, not hard work.”

The biggest lie ever told is that, "Rich people only Work Smart, they don't need to work hard". Yet All the wealthiest people I know work very hard!

Unfortunately, I hear this a lot among young people and even parents, “we no need hard work again”.

I was listening to Bishop Oyedepo, talk about hard work and he said Hard work isn't the problem, it's wrong to work that is your problem. Are you doing the wrong work and calling it hard work? I think that's where we must start.

Wealth is a combination of smart work and hard work. No one gets here by smart work alone, you must add hard work to it.

If we all want our children to be successful, in whatever pursuit they choose then we must learn how to achieve this. Success itself starts with the mind-set: the right perspective, the right outlook, the right motivation, and a real sense of purpose, responsibility, and hard work. No one succeeds without these things.

That's why it is so important to help your children to remember what they need to do, every day, and work hard at it starting from day one.
